Dining room was dirty. The employee that took out order was friendly and polite, he seemed happy to be at work.
If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Conveying my order in the drive through was like pulling teeth. I ordered 2 simple 5 piece chicken finger plate. 1 tossed in bbq sauce with both fries and the other tossed in tongue torch with fries and coleslaw. Some how that was an absolute calculus test for them to repeat back and make sure it was correct. After that adventure was completed, I ordered a kids chicken finger meal. Overall, Zaxby’s as a chain has kind of been on a long, slow journey downhill over the years. But the Zaxby’s on Upward Road beside Waffle House in Hendersonville? They must be operating under a completely different set of rules. The wings were actually crispy. The sauce actually made it onto the wings. The toast was, believe it or not, toasted.
