This place has been on a steady decline for the past 8 months or so. I used to come here regularly over the past years but here recently I would have to recommend going to Slim Chickens down the road. I’m not one to complain about long wait times or anything, but waiting 20-25 minutes inside for a to-go-order, of just 2 of the Finger Plates, just to get it and it be barley room temp is absolutely not acceptable. I ordered online through the app and needless to say I am disappointed. Today is also the day I found out they "weigh" their fries. Kids meals get 3oz and regular meals get 8oz. I got double fries instead of coleslaw and I'd hate to see what the meal looks like when you don't get double fries. There's exactly 6 fries in my kids meal. You can count them in my picture. I paid $6 for 6 fries and 2 tenders. That's insane. Anyone who values their money should just eat somewhere else.
Slowest Zaxaby's I've every been to. Also forgot one of my zax snacks so had to go back in.
