i visit zaxbys maybe every 3 times a month but i always remember a red head girl up front saying “hello welcome to zaxbys are you having a “zax”-tastic day?” I can’t remember her name i asked for her name she said something like niecey or denise she was wearing a zaxbys raincoat running around like she managed the store i asked her if she was a manager she told me “no maam” i was shocked by the way she was working i believed she was a manager. i don’t know but when she at work she always make sure my order is right. I gave it a 2 based on 2 times when visiting Zaxby's they didn't have any lemon pepper wings. This shouldn't happen any time or they need not advertise on menu. My husband and I went to another location and will continue to go to same location because they seem to be top notch and having all of their food items available.
