I didn’t get ranch or Zac sauce but other than that the food taste great
I visit this Zaxby’s location regularly and have never had an issue until today. One of the employees, Ashley, was extremely rude, argumentative, and even called me a liar. She continuously talked over me instead of listening, which was completely unprofessional. When I got to the window, she still had an attitude and asked what I wanted to do about the situation. Took 40 minutes to get a salad then get all the way back to work. They didn't give me any dressing, it's not a hard job.
The people running the drive thru can speak or understand English and even after repeating the proper order back to you will STILL mess up your order! WON'T be returning to a place that can't even put the lid on a kid's drink properly!
Drive thru takes entirely too long.
