Ordered a milkshake, asked for it twice, the second time they said the machine was down and gave me a small drink cup instead, offered a cookie, not happy..
Went through the drive through sep 15 only ordered a small sweet tea and 3 Tongue torch sauce and two ranch. Literally paid , for them got 2. TWO!!!! ( I have celiac disease so I can only buy the sauce and eat with my type of food) beyond not happy because how do you mess up a drink and sticking 5 things in a bag.
I love zaxbys and this one is pretty decent all the staff is young kids and they’re very sweet. My only complaint is WHY does the manager make these poor kids stand out in this heat to take orders and make payments. I would rather wait an extra few minutes than force them to stand out in the almost 100° weather to take my order. I think the manager should go stand outside and take orders for a day, then decide if they want to continue forcing the kids to do it
