Food is super delicious. Staff is always friendly. Managers are quick to fix errors. I was having a really rough day yesterday and the gentleman went above and beyond and that level of compassion helped turn my day around. Thank you.

I was very disappointed the last time I went there. Outside they had posted the promo for each day of the week. It was Tuesday so you were supposed to get $5 off if you spent $25. After paying i looked at my receipt and realized I didn't get the 5 dollars off so I mentioned it to the associate. He explained that was only if I asked for it. Which the sign said nothing about having to mention it in order to receive it. He basically told me it was to late because we had already paid. And he could give me a shake instead.
