I was having a really bad day, the server Dai, gave me a boost. I was really having a bad day and not just the food but the service was above and beyond. I will definitely return here, nicest Zaxby's I've ever been to.
What an awful meal and experience today. Chicken tenders taste like they sat for hours. Cole slaw is bland and room temp and we didn't eat it because we feared getting sick. I didn't even want it but I guess some employees don't know what the snack is. Unsweet tea was actually sweet. I gave 1 star for the toast-best part of meal. We won't be back. Last time I went to zaxbys in Dothan I left a 5Star review.
Came by today lady took my order didn't really seem friendly or enjoy her job. Got cheese curds and got home and they were stale/dry like they been sitting a few hours. This place is a hit or miss but mostly miss quiet often it's a bad experience.
On two separate occasions I’ve ordered a 6pc chicken finger plate and have only received 4 pieces both times.
