Ordered through the app. I ordered a 6 piece finger plate with double fries (instead of Cole slaw). Picked up the order in drive thru. Didn’t check the bag at the time. Got all the way home (20 mins away) to discover that they gave us a 4 piece finger plate with coleslaw. We also didn’t get the honey mustard dipping sauce OR the extra fry seasoning that was requested. Called and spoke to the manager, who was very unprofessional. One you couldn’t hear what the guy was saying over the speaker and kept asking what we wanted. And second when we checked our food the fries didn’t have seasoning. I went and asked for fries with seasoning after spending $30 on food and they said “well I’ll put it in a cup”. I’d rather just be told we ran out of seasoning and just not have ordered fries and wasted money. Very frustrating and the food was horrible.
