12/22/25 at 6:30 went with 3 kids and 4 adults after our Christmas parade to eat inside got there the dining room had people in there but both doors was locked. When I called the person was very rude and said they had no help. I called corporate. Also with no help or concern

We used Uber Eats to receive our food. Wings tasted great.

Last visit my salad was missing. I called and was told I needed to come then to get it. I live 20 minutes away. Not happening. This visit 11-23 -I stood in line waiting to be waited on due to the employees talking to someone with a baby in the back. Finally I was waited on to be told they were out of lemonade and the soda machine was out. Chicken would be a while as they were having to cook it. This Zaxbys has been going down for quite sometime. Me and my wife went here after a long day looking for a quick meal that we didn’t have to cook. We get here and go to order and no out door lights are on or working. No street lights or menu lights or building lights. We go to order and they have no milkshakes. We get to the window after ordering and they park us to wait on fries I’m unsure why it took ten minutes if we was just waiting on fries but it did.
