I am a dasher and had a pick up order tonight. I got to the store at 859pm and said pick up by 907. Finally at 920 I asked girl if she knew eta on it she never came back. Finally at 930 after watching two.more people come in and order and get their food I asked again. She said the cooks wouldn't tell her. I calmly asked if we could just find out if they were working on it as it had been a really long time.
