The staff here is AMAZING!! GREAT customer service and hospitality! I have to give a shout out to the two guys that work up front! Their names are Austin and James! They are so polite and are excellent at their jobs! They should go far with the company! We need more people like them not only in the restaurant business, but the world in general! Thank you Zaxbys in Springville for all you do!!
How do yall even pass health inspection?? If you don't move the rolling trash cans to clean under or clean the soda machine I couldn't imagine what the public can't see like the walking cooler!!! If I didn't buy my food before looking around, I would've walked out. There's no excuse.
The food is delicious as always, but the portions apparently have gotten smaller for the same price. They didn't give me a piece of bread with my food like I always got and my coleslaw is half of what they ever put. The fries are nowhere near as much and I'm pretty sure if they could have cut the chicken in half and said that was the portion they probably would have.
This a great fast food place to get wings, salads, and chicken strips. My family and I also love their milkshakes. I always get the birthday cake shake. My wife and I usually get the wings and things which are wings, chicken strips, and fries and Texas roast. We get the nuclear flavor. It is not usually too hot. I definitely recommend going here!
