Zero stars If I could. I stopped by today to get something for dinner to take home. After I finished my meal and drink I opened my cup to find a long hair in the cup. Definitely disappointed in this.
Found a hair in my food from this Zaxby’s and when I called, they couldn’t care less — all I got was, ‘okay, thanks for letting us know,’ then they hung up. No apology, no refund, no offer to remake it. That tells you everything about how little they value their customers or basic food safety. Absolutely unacceptable. If you care about what goes into your food (or how you’re treated), avoid this place.”
food was terrible and dry i think my 7 year old sister can cook it better and serve it faster.
