I night crew just don't care..
Ordered a frozen lemonade and the drink was practically just a cup filled to the brim with crushed ice (which I ate hence picture), with lemonade flavoring at the bottom. Very unpleasant and sour. The workers were fine. Went through the drive-through also fine. The problem was primarily the food. Very under-seasoned (dry) toast and chicken. Then soggy fries with little to no salt. Zaxbys fell off from when it was first established in the Poinciana area.
I had an excellent experience with [Nyla Diaz] from customer service. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout our interaction. I love this place. I visit one every chance I get. The food was awesome as always. Fries a little salty but still good. I just wish the would bring back the birthday cake shakes ♥️. I know longer live down south but will definitely visit any chance I get
