Service was terrible. We sat at the drive through window for 25 minutes to be told they were making our food fresh and then waited an additional 21 minutes just to get cold food that obviously set there while they deliberately made us wait. The staff is terrible and the manager is even worse for allowing this to happen. Unacceptable!
The slowest zaxbys ever. Don’t come here if you are even remotely in a hurry. Waited over 30 minutes for one chicken tender meal.
If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all since this remolding Idk if you guys fired people but this is ridiculous waiting an hour for food and the black little girl with glasses that’s taking orders being rude because I guess they had no help but that had nothing to do with be boo! Yall are very unprofessional and should be shut down because you clearly can’t get it together! If I had her name I’d call corporate and have her fired. She cut me off while I’m ordering and had an attitude if you don’t wanna work GO HOME.
