TIME & TIME AGAIN we’ve tried to give this location another chance — NEVER AGAIN. We have zero issues at any other Zaxby’s. But this location? Long line or no line, it’s always a 30+ minute wait. Tonight was the last straw. We spent the entire day at the OBGYN getting devastating news that we lost our pregnancy. All I wanted was to grab food and go home to prepare for surgery. This Zaxbys was covered up when I went. I got one of the last parking spaces, and I was picking up lunch for 6 people. I ordered from my phone rather than waiting in line and they let me go ahead and get my drink while I was waiting. Food and service were great, and considering the crowd, I thought things were moving really well. I understand why so many people were eating there.
