MISSING 14 TENDERS out of 40 !!! $70 for TWO Zax packs with 20 tenders each. They came with 13 in each and had to wait over 30 minutes to get them.
Zaxbys in Lancaster needs to be shut all the way down. Windows dirty, cashier clothes dirty walking around playing on phones. Waited 14 minutes for a sandwich that was cooked in burnt grease fries cold. And they playing around..I ordered a chicken sandwich I got 2 tenders stuck together. It's sad people dont csre.
I came Tuesday night at 9pm and the lady said that they was only serving people with online orders and DoorDash and the cashier was really rude about it. The last time I checked Is that wasn't closed at ten o'clock
