The worse one of them all. This location is terrible and every time I come here, it’s the exact same experience EVERY TIME
This store needs new management and staff. Incredibly inconsistent with the accuracy of their orders. Constantly missing items or handing off incorrect items. I've tried spacing out my visits for months to see if there would be any improvements. There is no hope for this store without so major changes in management and staff.
Tonight's staff was so polite and helpful! Definetly the best zaxbys ive been to!
Ordered my wings.. on the app to pick up curbside... then drove there parked waited over 30 minutes in the curbside pickup spot.. went inside because still no order... after all that time it was sitting on the counter all that time. They need to learn what curbside pickup means.
