Fries was not so fresh this last time but I've visited this location numerous times and received great food.
Horrible service. We waited forever, after 25 minutes of waiting we asked how much longer and they forgot about our parties order. Waited a while after that to finally get food.
I was was giving zaxby a try. My $15 salad was trash. I had more blue cheese than lettuce, more tomatoes than lettuce and less chicken which was burnt. I could have went to piggly wiggle and got a better salad. The staff was real immature. Manager was nice. I wouldn't go back. Probably won't give zaxby another chance.
Tried this place again while traveling in hopes they had gotten better. They have not. Mediocre, over cooked food that comes out in phases. The front register person was rude and impatient. The rest of the staff in the kitchen and location are goofing off in the restrooms or on their phones.
