I think they've either shut down or just won't answer the phone. Door Dash says can't contact either. Contacted Lancaster and Door Dash excepted right away and even gave us a credit because the one on 521 was not responding to them either. Lancaster got here right away. Update review: Recieved contact from Commons. Said phone was broken and have a new one now. Updated score for service.
I am writing to formally share my recent experience at the Zaxby’s located in Indian Land, SC. On my visit, I ordered a Zax Packz, normally priced at $34.99. I requested that half of the tenders be tossed in lemon pepper sauce while the other half remain plain. Upon reaching the window, I was told my total was $54.55. This store is absolutely horrible!!! I waited here more than 45 minutes to get food and never received my food! I filed a complaint with corporate because I’ve never experienced service like I have at this facility. This facility is always short staff or they never have food, ice, or drinks. Short staff equal poor customer service for a fast food restaurant.
