Took forever and chicken was dry.
Third time we’ve had an issue with our order. Items are consistently missing from our order. One day they were “out of chicken tenders”. How does Zaxby’s run out of chicken lol
Had a 20 minute wait for wings and tenders which is all they serve. My order was wrong then had to wait another 10. I asked if it comes with zaxbys sauce and she said yes which is proprietary. I got none with my food which is the reason I went and not use my buffalo at home but I did get ranch. This place will soon close if it does not change. New management? New owner? Who knows?
Food is always pretty good, sauces are ok, sometimes delay service gets cold. their order/delivery process needs a lot of work. they don't know who/what is going on, and causes delays.
