Great location and very friendly staff, but unfortunately the food was not tasty. I really wanted to enjoy the experience, but the dishes didn’t meet my expectations.
Wait time is ridiculously long, I checked my receipt and it was actually 30 minutes I waited for 3 things??? I started waiting by the counter around 10-15 minutes in and saw my chicken sandwich just sitting there getting cold. A worker asked what this was for and she said they were waiting on my chicken tenders. Those didn't come out till 15 minutes later. It's a Friday night and they can't make food in a timely manner?!?! Having visited the Indian Land location on a FRIDAY night, I must say this location is a perennial LOSER. The CUSTOMER SERVICE is the ABSOLUTE WORST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED, and the WAIT TIMES are RIDICULOUSLY long. Having waited 5-10 minutes at the drive through with not even a "we'll be with you in a moment," I opted to park and order inside. However, both entry doors were LOCKED. I visited this Zaxby's while running errands in Indian Land SC. Service was faat and efficient.
Owner/manager, can you PLEASE explain why 75% of the time i go here they door is locked during business hours? This is by far the most poorly ran fast food location ive ever been to. Owner who has copy and paste responses to all these reviews, can you actually address these issues and what you're doing to fix it?
