I think they've either shut down or just won't answer the phone. Door Dash says can't contact either. Contacted Lancaster and Door Dash excepted right away and even gave us a credit because the one on 521 was not responding to them either. Lancaster got here right away. Update review: Recieved contact from Commons. Said phone was broken and have a new one now. Updated score for service. Update. Tried them again DD been waiting there for 20 minutes for a small order. This is the second time in a short period I’ve ordered a tender meal and they short you on the tenders. Ordered a 5 count and always end up with 4. Food is always lukewarm and drive thru always takes forever. Had a guy sitting in front of me in the drive thru for 5 minutes waiting for someone to answer the speaker.

Ordered a salad and with not many customers there it took over ten minutes. Get salad and underneath all the healthy lettuce is nasty old lettuce that has already begun to turn. Having a crappy Zaxby’s nearby is temping but I’ve leaned my lesson now twice.

Went for dinner and was told they were out of chicken tenders after already ordering online. Pulled up to the intercom and waited about a minute before being greeted with “I’ll be with you in a moment” no worries, another 3 minutes pass an we get a very loud “HELLO” as if we were the ones taking to long to speak. Dude at the drive through sounded drunk or high and didn’t really seem to care. Just close already. The waits are ridiculous. Lobby is often closed, so if you order ahead, STILL have to wait in the long, slow line. If you don't have enough staff, close. Pay more to employees if you have to. Expect more too. Like showing up. One cook today. Food has been sitting there and gets cold. Just close if you can't get or keep good people! Also, tenders are the size of nuggets.
