Moved away, came back to visit and was so excited to have zaxbys again but the dry rub sucked, no flavor. The coke had no carbonation and when I asked for a new drink they gave me attitude. Awful and definitely will go out of my way to take my money elsewhere. Bojangles would never disappoint me like zaxbys. Thanks for kicking my craving! Won’t be having it again
Terrible customer service this woman was doing nothing and looking straight at us and said she was busy when she was doing literally nothing and we told her if there is anybody working in the front and she said that was rude that we asked bus she said they were busy when she was doing literally nothing
El servicio horrible solo pregunte si habia alguien para tomarme mi orden porque estaban las 3 hablando y me dijeron k eso no era lindo de mi parte hablar asi..yo solo la mire andaba con mi hijo y no quise decir nada pero el el servicio horrible deberian de trabajar en un campo con animales
Half my food was missing I got to the car thought it felt light was only person in the place and had to wait 27 mins for 2 salads... order of fries... and shrimp dinner I got 1 salad and the shrimp walked back in and my food was still sitting on the counter they didn't know who it was for I said I think THAT'S THE REST MY FOOD !!! THEY NEVER SAID SORRY NOTHING TO EAT WITH EITHER!!!
