Admittedly, we arrived 10 minutes before closing to an empty restaurant and drive-thru and yet still had to wait over half an hour for our food. This location at this time of night 8:50 p.m. is among the absolute worst for service. No apologies, no thank you, basically here is your food, get out. Incompetence abounds because they had forgotten somehow we ordered food and asked why we were sitting in chairs waiting to take it out. Do not recommend. Unless you are desperate.
Went through the drive thru and was told they had what they had and that they didn’t have enough fries to make two orders. When asked for a manager, was told that they fryers were magically broken. Bad customer service. I’ve worked in food for years.
I love zaxbys. Some locations suck but this one is great. I used to work at a zaxbys and this location is the only one I'd still eat at
Only person in the restaurant and I received my food cold. Just left a 10 hour shift and was starving. Do better.
