I truly do not understand the point of offering curbside at this location when every single time I have ordered curbside they do not bring out my order, I have had to wait 40 minutes extra before after my order was given to the wrong customer, during operating hours the door is locked so you can’t even go inside to check on the status of your food and the employees are inside in clear line of sight standing at the counter talking and playing around.

Joshua was excellent!!! I spilled a milkshake and made a mess and he came in right away and took care of it. Great service, we will definitely be back. Service like his makes or breaks a business. Great Job Joshua!!!!

Josh was incredibly helpful we spilt our milk shake and he made us a brand new one and was kind enough to clean up the mess for us as well. I'll definitely be coming to this Zaxbys more frequently.

It took them an hour to make 4 meals. They were a bit busy however knocking out drive through. The bigger white female that was running the cashier needs better people skills and also needs to talk to the crew with more respect. I fail to see why it takes a whole hour, causing people not being able to eat because they have work. Overall I will not be returning to this zaxbys and of I do. It's not me. (Also the order was wrong and we had to wait a little longer for it to be fixed and left on the window for about 5 mins)
