The young lady working the register was improperly trained. Mumbling, quiet, shy and frightened.
While placing my order at the speaker, I had to repeat myself MULTIPLE times and I was also rushed as well. When someone is ordering don’t keep saying “What else” or “is that it?” When I got to the window I was given my food, gave me the wrong size drinks.. WITHOUT paying and when he said you haven’t paid I said “No”. Luckily I’m not one of those people to just finesse the system. If I could leave a negative review I would! NEGATIVE Absolutely terrible experience at Zaxby’s. I placed my order clearly and still received the completely wrong food. When I brought it to their attention, instead of fixing it like any decent business would, they refused to remake my order. No apology, no effort, just rude and dismissive staff.
