If you do a mobile order, they will set it on the back counter. I waited almost 15 minutes next to the mobile pickup, no one called it out, they didn't move it. When I asked about my food, the manager told me I should have asked... I did my part. I ordered. Get better management. That's just sad. Then the fries were soggy... go figure.
Outstanding service, and the food was amazing. Chicken cooked to perfection. Coleslaw was cold and crisp.. Fries were perfect. Highly recommended location
What can I get you? should never be your introduction on the intercom taking an order. I really feel like people should take a business etiquette class because the customer service nowadays just sucks.
