Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This Zaxby's has higher prices than any other location I've ever been too, but the food is also lower quality than any other Zaxby's I've ever been to. I got old and overcooked boneless wings and soggy/limp fries. The staff, on several visits, have made it clear they don't like being there and are mostly there as a social club. I would recommend management here takes a look at the Gainesville location, whatever they are doing, they are doing it right. Even Lawrenceville (Pike St.) has surpassed this location in my opinion.

The girl at the cashier was extremely friendly and nice, i ask if it was too late for dipping my tenders inside blazing buffalo and add extra wimpy sauce before i pay and she was friendly and not an ounce of attitude, very good customer service!

Im starting from the beginning I go into Zaxbys and order a grilled chicken sandwich meal. I up size the drink to a large. It adds $1.00 to the meal. I said I only want the drink up sized not the fries. I asked how that can be, because if I up sized the drink and fries it only adds .80 for both. She punches in large fries and drink it comes out to$1.89 more. I explained I eat at Zaxbys all over Atlanta and I have never seen that.
