Dear Zaxby’s Customer Service, I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent visit to one of your locations. This was my final attempt to give Zaxby’s a chance, and unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable. I am an older gentleman, and I have lived long enough to see many things, but what I witnessed at this establishment was very disappointing. While I was there, I saw an employee throwing ice and dangerously assaulting another employee in the face. Even worse, I heard them using ugly, offensive words, including racial insults. Overall a great place for chicken tenders! Great Zaxby sauce and a smiling face for you to see! Wonderful rustic interior and great seating arrangement with cozy small booths,tables lemonade is wonderful too!
