the food is okay, but i always have to ask for even 1 ketchup packet, ask again for napkins, staff are distracted with their side conversations, which is fine since the place is ran by teens.
Refreshing food on a Sunday night. Staff was very interactive and restaurant was clean. Obviously they take pride in what they do which is rare these days in a fast food environment. Hats off to the management. Overall pleasant experience and the food was on point.
Manager Sydney and Assistant manager Robert were both extremely helpful when we ran into an issue with placing our order. Very clean establishment, clean restrooms, and excellent service. The employees kept everything stocked and tidy. I would recommend this particular Zaxby's to my friends and family.
