Didn't even get my food because of the SLOW wait for FAST food. Asked for a refund because they had 7 cars pulled to side waiting for food at 2:00 in the afternoon!
Shout out to my local zaxbys. The food was good, the customer service was excellent and they even gave my dog a pup cup! She thoroughly enjoyed it.
forgot our sauce, napkins, silverware, eggrolls, cookies, and a whole order of fries
an employee called a customer “fat” while we were ordering our food. Food wasn’t good at all! very disappointed.
