This place is a hood hot mess. I went inside to avoid the long drive-thru line and was ignored while staff laughed, chatted, and acted like customer service was optional. Just chaos and vibes—none of them good. I get it, the pay clearly isn’t motivating anyone to work hard, but respect is still part of the job you signed up for. If you’re open, acknowledge people. Shout out to briel. She was very helpful when ordering my food as I was struggling to figure out what to order. She was very patient with me and my experience there was amazing
Poor customer service. Requested two large fries and were provided regular fries. Was requested to get out of the drive thru and told to wait in slot 2 and would be provided the fries that were requested. Waited 10-15 minutes and nothing was provided.
