It was clean, restroom was clean too. Our chikenburger didn't have enough sauce and ketchup for the fries wasn't offered since they didn't had it at the table, You have to asked for it.

I don’t like to complain since I worked at chick-fil-a for 13+ years so I understand employees frustration and how orders can mess up when it’s busy, but I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a zaxbys.
