I’ve ordered from this location several times, and almost every time they’ve messed up my order. This time, I spoke with the manager, but she wasn’t helpful at all, it took forever for her to respond, and she didn’t take any action to fix my order. Very poor management at this location.
I have given this Zaxbys three chances and they fail every time on their wings. I have returned two times and spoke to the manager about the issue the cooks have with sending poor quality wings out to the drive through. They wouldn’t serve these to a guest in storefront. I unfortunately did not check the order this time due to being in a hurry. The management team needs to inspect food headed out the drive through window better and hold people accountable.
