I’m ONLY giving 2 stars for the food other than that this place is understaffed, unprofessional, unpleasant. They don’t greet you when you come in. The cooks was in the back arguing and using profanity. Got my order wrong then had a attitude about it
Orders always wrong, staff is rude.
Apparently they don't read the order. These were supposed to be sauced & they "don't have equipment" to sauce them. Food was cold because manager refused to give me my order without seeing the confirmation number when it shows the orders in the app. Always an issue when we go there.
Whose great idea was it to cut off the milkshakes for its "3-hour cycle" at 7pm? So much for people wanting milkshakes for dessert, eh?
730pm lobby closed and I’ve been sitting in drive thru for 15 mins RIDICULOUS
