Clean restaurant and bathroom. Friendly staff. DJ, our server, went above and beyond, making our experience pleasant.
Quite honestly, I felt rudely rushed to give my order. I find every time I come through the drive thru, I'm not able to even finish my order before being rudely interrupted by"Is that all"! I wanted to order more but again before I could even finish a sentence, I was again rudely interrupted with "Is that all"! I decided to go somewhere else. This may not seem much to anyone but for my experience it was enough for me to deter and go elsewhere.
They were super busy. The cashier, Timpess, was super friendly. All the workers seemed to work well together and were enjoying thier job. One super nice lady even gave the kids in the dining room a cookie. That was a super kind thing to do. First Zaxby’s I’ve been to in a hot minute that didn’t let me down. These workers would travel around and teach others how service should be done. Thank you!!!
Absolutely slow as hell. Packing orders backwards. Just ridiculous.
