I’d give 0 stars if I could. This place has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Staff will see you standing there and completely ignore you, choosing instead to have long conversations with coworkers rather than take your order. I’ve never seen anything like it. This reflects extremely poor on management—there’s clearly no accountability or standards being enforced. Unprofessional and very frustrating.
the lady at the speaker had the nerve to say they were out of LITERALLY everything, she read it off like it was a list. the laziness in the fast food industry these days is insane. will not be coming back
everytime i go to this zaxbys they ALWAYS get my order wrong. staff is never nice. horrible.
