Everytime I've come I've had to wait 45+ minutes for food (regardless of how many people there are). Tonight, I got my food after an hour of waiting and the fries weren't even cooked. Save yourself the struggle and frustration, go to a different Zaxby's.
Chicken and food was hot and tasty. Loved everything on the menu.
