The absolute slowest drive-through I’ve ever experienced After placing a mobile order, you’re told to pull forward to the window. Then you sit there for 5–10 minutes before anyone comes to the window. When someone finally opens it, they ask, “What do you want?” in a very snarky tone, even after you’ve already explained that you have a mobile order. Keep up the good work general manager,You are really turning this place around from the way it used to be.
Placed order through the app at 5:02 PM. Receipt said order should be ready at 5:12 PM. It is now 5:31 PM and still not ready. The funny thing is it took Zaxby’s mere seconds to debit my account to pay for it. I wish I could cancel the order and get my money back.
The food is always good but they horde the sauces! I got a kicking chicken meal and asked for sauce on the side and so the bread wouldnt be soggy when I got home and ADD extra ranch. I get home to 1 zax sauce.... no ranch. Not the first time this has happened, get it together people! Free the Sauce!!!
