It was a little busy but the young girl that was running the front had the worst attitude!!!! She had a Bluetooth in her ear and was talking to someone on the phone while trying to run the front just not professional at all. She was mad about not having a break other then that all the other ladies that worked there were very nice
Slow service!!! Three customers only!
So I went to get a grilled chicken salad got home I had no grilled chicken on the salad. I waited about 2 to 3 minutes before the cashier even took my order because she was communicating with the cook why I stood there patiently waiting. Because I guess her talking to the cook more important than the customers, this Zaxby’s five minutes from my house, but I can assure you I’ll be going out of my way to get better service . And to top it off, I called the manager She’s no better. Just sad 😔
They need to change posted operating hours. When they’re open the staff have made food exactly as expected. The issue is the hours of actual operation are a giant question mark. I don’t think this will be fixed any time soon seeing all the other posts saying the same thing going back many months.
