As someone who manages a restaurant I’d be extremely embarrassed if this store staff was my own. Learn customer service skills or hire competent people to staff your store. If asking about ingredients or drinks is enough cause eye rolling and acting inconvenienced maybe consider doing something else guys. We just wanted lunch.
WORST ZAXBYS EVER. If I could give them no stars I would. First time they gave me no sauce even though I paid extra for sauce. I went again later on, and no sauce was given to me again. Even though I PAID FOR IT. They also proceeded to give me the wrong drinks. The THIRD TIME… AGAIN NO SAUCE GIVEN. We ordered a large drink and it had no carbonation. We ordered two toasts and only got one. Skip this place and go to another food place near by save yourself the time !
this place is a dollar plus more then the Zaxby's just right up the road and CONSISTENTLY have bad food here... got cold fries no seasoning (tho I paid extra for some) and there is no a sauce on my fingers.. again paid. dollar for .. this place will be closed sooner rather then later if you don't address your QA... I'm never letting the app take me here again
I love zaxbys but this was a terrible experience through drive thru. The person I ordered with at 11:59am today was rude and told me to wait several times while I was giving her the order. Then I specified my drink TWICE. It still was wrong when I received it.
I ordered through DoorDash and they accepted the order but then multiple drivers showed up and apparently the place was closed. You wasted my time and money as well as the driver’s.
