WORST SERVICE EVER! I’m literally at the stoplight writing this because the experience was THAT bad. The cashier had the nastiest attitude for absolutely no reason. They tried to charge an extra $2 for my child’s lemonade just to fill the cup with ice, then tried charging me for sauce that already came with my meal. Absolutely AWFUL. No customer service skills at all! I only ordered a large fry with extra seasoning, the first ones were burnt and cold as hell, I went inside and this is what I got. This is the worst zaxbys I’ve ever been to.
Just came to pick up a small meal from this location and the women spent most of their time talking and laughing in the drive thru window forgetting my items. I came back for immediately back through the drive thru for my items and the manager questioned if even ordered it. When I headed her the receipt she just handed it to me, no apology. Very Rude & Very unprofessional. I won’t be spending my money at the location anymore
