Anybody home? Stopped by today at 6pm, no lights, no cars in the lot, nobody answering the drive thru....
Appears to have closed. Ordered online and went to pick-up and they were closed. Stopped by again today and still closed. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Zaxbys coporate office not very helpful so far with getting a refund. Zaxbys Feedback; please note it's not possible to leave you feedback is this store isn't note listed! However it's still possible to order from this location. Why is that? When will I get my refund?
Waited for an hour and ended up getting a refund. Found out they were shutting the doors permanently the next day.
the lady with the braids at the drive thru window was not only rude, but she was very aggressive in her speaking , as well as rushing me with my order. i had to repeat myself 3-4 times, only for her to still get my ENTIRE order wrong.
The food is fine but do not go here. Especially, do not bother ordering on the app. I waited over 30 min. I will not be going to a Zaxby’s again.
