Food was cold + stale. And They gave basically 0 fries with the 2 meals I ordered. Pretty disappointing when spending 12-15 per meal.
We ordered on their mobile app today and once we got the food to the softball field, we noticed the order was not prepared properly. We ordered a kickin chicken sandwich with cheese and received chicken tenders, no sauce and a half a slice of cheese on Texas toast sloppily thrown together. When I called in I was informed that a refund couldn’t be placed on the app where I placed the order. Super disappointed and thankful this isn’t my local Zaxby’s location, as we come here often.
