Horrible service
Since when is 9 fries the standard for a kids meal?
By far the WORST zaxbys around!!! This doesn’t speak to zaxbys as a whole but THIS zaxbys requires YOU to work for them and double and triple check your food. Your options when THEY forget your food is to drive all the way back. The will not issue a refund OR any partial. The manager gets very upset if you try to talk only HE is allowed to speak because “I’ve been a manager for 10 years ma’am.” Since they’ve been there we’ve had a good food experience once and the rest are pretty on par for this level of service! We always order online and pickup in store - we’ve never had an issue. Everything’s ready on time and accurate! Other Zaxbys could take notes from this one!
