Worst service of any Zaxbys I have ever been to - slow to take order slow to get food. Dont come here if you’re looking for ‘fast’ food. Seems like it is poorly managed, employees seem like they’re just putting in time. Much below what I expect from Zaxbys.
This place never fails to surprise how much longer service can take. This was the last straw for our family. We live half way between lake Wylie and Newport. After sitting in line with 10 cars ahead of us and no one moving for 5+ minutes we decided to drive past our house to the Zaxby's in Newport. We got home 10 min earlier than the time it has taken us to get food and get home from the lake Wylie Zaxby's. Management really needs to staff better.
One of My BONELESS wings had a large bone in it, and when I bit down it nearly broke my teeth, no joke, also the drive thru took over 20 minutes, one of if the slowest fast food places in lake Wylie by far and has been for years, but even that is fine compared to the bone thing, that is really what made me write this review, genuinely scary
Night shift is very unprofessional will not complete DoorDash orders waited 2 hrs for a 3 item order and had to cancel it
