1 star for making me wait 30mins
They were incredibly rude, had zero patience, charged me but refused to give me the food. The manager was extremely rude and insolent; we'd been at the window for five minutes but still hadn't received our food. It made absolutely no sense.
They forgot my fork for a salad!! Who does that?
We ordered from the Steele Creek location and had the worse experience. I called and t/t Kennedy who didn't really care that 1/2 our order was missing. The delivery person said that he asked if this was all the food and an employee said yes. Kennedy said that she bagged the order herself and knew that he left food but no attempt to rectify this was made. She said that the driver could come get the food that was left which has been sitting for about an hour but they are out of food and couldn't remake the order that was left.... read more
