Told me to pull into spot 2. Sat for over 20 minutes counted minimum 15 cars never got my food. Went to cancel it. my food was never prepared. Ridiculous
Worst Zaxabys I have ever seen. Unural had raised crusty yellow stains like it had not been cleaned in a month. Restroom stunk of piss. Wait staff was rude also.
This location needs to be shut down. They have always operated by their own rules, despite the company. Have never honored curbside Pick-ups; you have to walk in or wait in the 30 min drive through line. Your orders are always missing something, while the bag is taped 10x shut so you won't check it. Rude. Don't answer the phone. Employees are mad to be bothered by the customers, period. Don't waste your time or money at this one.
Low score 90 I look for 98 and above only!!
Absolutely worst zaxbys in charlotte . they lack a sense of urgency , food is disgusting , staff unprofessional. better if with a 2 year old running the store .
