Absolutely worst zaxbys in charlotte . they lack a sense of urgency , food is disgusting , staff unprofessional. better if with a 2 year old running the store .

Long wait time in the drive thru. Employee was trying to order when she could’ve just grabbed the chicken from the back instead of trying to order in front of me.
