Ordered food for delivery. Food arrived cold and an order was missing. Driver said she brought what they gave him. Went back to the restaurant and they would not REMAKE the cold food and said it’s on DoorDash. I hate that these restaurants blame the lack of quality on the DELIVERY team. Placed an online order. Arrived when the order said it would be ready. Khloe told me pull in parking one while stuffing her face with food which is so unprofessional. After pulling in parking space, I sat there for at least 20 min and that’s when I went back to the window and asked for my order. There had been no cars coming. Young lady at counter never greeted my wife and I, I had to speak first; my drink order was called out by a dark large girl who refused to give me my drink until she verified if I had and order; after receiving my shake I went to retrieve a straw, she yelled out my name and said don't go any where! UPDATE 7/31/26 CAME to drive theu. Was asked to pull to curbside spot. This is what I received. No where near a large fry please be so serious. I did not open the bag until I got home. I want a refund. ALSO, what is 1 survey item??? I ordered on Uber eats. The food was cold AND I didn't get any sauce. Not a 1. And I paid for 3 extra. I only eat zaxbys for the zax sauce. I hate giving bad reviews but DANG it, READ THE RECEIPT ITS RIGHT THERE
