Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes but the food was fresh and hot. I received a meal when I did only order the entree but it made up for the time I waited in line even though I placed an online order to (hopefully) speed things up. Very nice staff tonight, those unexpected rushes can frustrate anyone but they kept a great attitude the entire time.
I placed an order on the app. I waited in the drive-through over 15 minutes and the line did not move at all. I had to get back on road, so I called & asked to cancel order. The lady told me that they were shortstaffed and they cannot refund me. I called the toll-free number for Zaxbys and I was assured I would be refunded immediately, and the charge has not been deleted yet. Horrible, horrible horrible! I guess I have to dispute the charge with the credit card company now.
I’ve been here several times and the food always taste like they cooked a few days ago. A nice got piece of chicken and fries would be great.
