Totally ridiculous experience. Placed an online order for one box around 7:20pm and arrived at the drive-thru window at 7:35 and let them know I was picking up an online order. They told me to pull up out front and they'd bring it out. I waited until 8pm and then went inside to tell them I've been waiting. They said it hadn't even been made yet. I finally received my order at 8:15. 40 minutes from arrival to order out is inexcusable.
Ordered in the drive thru and waited over 15 minutes. Never got our food, got tired of waiting.
I used the coupon there. Had no problems with it. Food was excellent, and the service was very professional. I will go again
Juicy bone in wings, fresh salad bowl big enough to feed 2 and always the best chicken fingers! Love this location! Great, fast, friendly service. Thank you to all the hard workers here.
