It was fast food hard to ever taste that above a 3. The service was great and friendly.
My first time trying zaxbys and will be my last! The food from chicken to the fries was so salty it was hard to eat it. The floors were extremely sticky upon walking in. Every single table hadn’t been bussed/cleaned after lunch. I went around 2 pm there were more than enough staff to do so. Even the floor mats were sticky! They hadn’t even stocked or cleaned up the fountain area. One positive I have to say is a child dropped a glass bottle out the stroller and one staff did come clean it immediately.
Their milkshake machine was down but they accommodated me so well! They gave me a choice of some cookies or cheddar bites and asked what drink I would like instead. They had the best attitude about it!
