The fries were obviously old and stale and the chicken was decent at best. Overall just a poor run location and for sure go in to order your food the drive thru is a waste.
This specific franchise always has issues. whether it’s the system being down or the workers taking MINUTES to even acknowledge you in the drive thru (on multiple occurrences) this is sad. I love Zaxby’s and hate that this restaurant is so poorly run. Do better.
Stopped by for a quick meal, chicken portions are so small. Where do they get their chicken? Reason I don't go often.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Drive thru employees were rude and unprofessional. Heffas didn't even say thank you...AND my order was wrong. Called back to mention my order wasn't what I asked for and the so-called manager was just as rude. Zaxby's, train your employees on customer service!
