Decent place. A little slow although not bad
Ordered the loaded fries and a chicken Cesar wrap. Lady at the window seemed nice but after 20 minutes of waiting I asked for refund and see blew it off and said the food was almost done. After 5 more minutes I got my food but it was a buffalo wrap. Crazy! lol. One other person in my car had their order messed up as well. Just go to Culver’s, it’s cheeper and better.
One of the only people even at the store. Parking lot empty and drive through empty. We went through drive through. It took well over 20min with no one infront of us. Not once did the employee let us know that "hey its going to be a little longer". After sitting well over 20min we knocked on window to ask for a refund or if it was almost done. As we were still talking she started to close the window on us. Funny how we were the only ones and food took over 20+ min and our orders were wrong. At this point, just very upset.
Great chicken...love the Zalads!
Zaxby's is delicious! And they have a rewards program where you earn free food. The Zalads are really good too!
