I've been coming to this Zaxby's location for both lunch and dinner for a while because it is convenient to the baseball fields where my child plays baseball and the most recent visits I've noticed both the food and service has declined. The food tastes old, especially the chicken wings and toast, and the service has seemed to be very demanding, and depending on who is working they seem to not appreciate it when I place my order. It's been close to a year since visiting this location due to the poor quality from the last visit. Ok, I'll try again with the Zac Pack that I ordered online for pickup. Got the order home and no Zaxby's sauce in the box and the receipt shows 4 sauces. I shouldn't have to drive back to this location for what was supposed to be included. Same result as last visit with no quality control. I guess I'll try the new Guthries that just opened down from this location. Very disappointed again, but no more .
