First time at this location and most definitely the last. The drive thru worker was rude and acted as if she didn’t want to be at work. With the exception of the young man taking the payment, the customer service was absolutely terrible and the food was cold. Do better Zaxbys and start dealing with these employees who will eventually ruin your business. Starting to be hesitant every time I hear Zaxbys mentioned as a food option.
Terrible
On two separate occasions after I’ve done a 12 hour shift at my job. This location decides to close early and send me and my wife away. Not sure what’s going on. 8/16/26 at 12:30 am is the most recent time. If management can fix the issue. I normally don’t send a bad reviews on Zaxbys because I’ve always had a good experience. Two is a pattern and somebody’s not doing a job
