2 starts because they used to be great. But recently they have made it to where I won’t be back. Last time I got a salad, they had a twist tie in it. Said I’d get a refund, didn’t happen. Today, I leave work for lunch and have to wait on my order, which is fine. I get back to eat and more than half of my salad was black. So not only did I waste time and money, but I couldn’t even eat my salad. Let alone being on a lunch Break, so not even having time to get food for my break. Not coming back here. Food is never made in time every single time I have been here for lunch. This is not a fault of the staff by any means the store is very busy and simply needs more staff to be hired. This issues falls completely on the management of the establishment. Seriously, hire more people… By the way charging extra for sauce for a sandwich meal that doesn’t come with any sauce is absurd.
