This location is consistently poorly run in the couple years I’ve been in this area. I’ve never had an issue with the food but the wait times are illogical. Tonight, I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru and the line in front of me (~7 cars) only moved once in this time. I figured it might be quicker to go inside and it took 5 minutes to order and another 15 minutes to get my food that way. It should not take over 30 minutes to receive a take out order for one person. I got ONE meal. this is not okay
this place cannot get a single order right, dont even bother
May have just been a bad day, but wait times were absurd. Had a curbside order, phone number didn’t work. Went inside, only person there, waited 7-8 minutes at the kiosk and no one was tending register. Was told food wasn’t started yet after getting someone’s attention. Get food, and some of the customizations clearly weren’t listened to even if printed on ticket. I write this as someone who has low expectations for fast food service anyway, but this was pretty bad.
