Absolute worst staff and customer service I have ever experienced. Place an large online delivery order through the Zaxby's website. Needless to say they messed it up and only sent me some burnt fries, burnt cheese bites, and texas toast instead of the Zalad, Wings and things, and Snak Meal In order. When I called I was told by the GM, too bad that's not their problem, call doordash. I didn't order through doordash and doordash did not mess up the order. I personally love how seasoned the fries and everything is at Zaxbys! I am someone who prefers savory over sweet. I recently tried the traditional wings meal rolled in Nuclear sauce and it was really good. I also like getting the grilled cheese. Friendly staff too obviously helps in getting me to keep coming back!
