Literally the slowest Zaxbys I’ve ever been to. I’m a truck driver so I get around but I’ve stopped at this location more than once and every time it’s a 10+ minute wait on your food because they are more focused on getting the online and drive thru orders done before the person who actually walks in the establishment to place the order I think this is my last time there there’s no consideration or urgency on their behalf
I was at this location on 1/21/25 at 2:20pm going through drive through. A man began taking my order…as I completed my order,… I wanted to go over my order to make sure everything was correct because I had a large order. As I began to go over my order I heard him mumbling word but couldn’t understand him. The Next thing I know a women who was so sweet went over my order with me and I could hear him in the background yelling as though I did something wrong to him. I didn’t appreciate his attitude.
