Placed an online curbside order on 8/11 at 2:57. I get there shortly after 3. Check in online say my order will be out by 3:07. 3:17 still haven’t received my order I walk inside and it’s sitting on the DoorDash stand. Needless to say the food is cold and my chicken was old and tough. Highly disappointed
Came to this location with my fiancé through drive thru. Placed our order and paid, the employees had me and 2 other cars to park so they can get our food prepared. As a former Zaxbys employee this is not how this is supposed to go. As suspected, our food got handed to the car beside us. The lady opened the food and put her hands in it and her and the employee pointed at my car because it was our order.
