Great chicken.
When I use to go there all the time, that store was packed and had lines at the drive thru. I was shocked this time. At 6pm on Saturday night I was the only person in there and 1 car at the drive thru!!!!! At that point I figured that the staff was poor, because Zaxby;s has great fries and chicken. I got the food to go and when I got to the house the chicken was still hot and fresh. But, the lazy staff served stale dry fries that had the texture of yesterday's left overs. This place is a joke, I ordered a kickin chicken meal that had very little ranch and maybe a couple drops of hot sauce on it. Then they gave me a ranch to go with my fried cheddar bites instead of marinara 🤢.. So I decide to call first to give some feedback and not write this bad review, but after calling multiple times and getting an answer, here's my bad review.. No wonder chic-fil-a is the king of fast food chicken.. Do better zaxby's
I can't say that I've ever done this before but this was a different experience this time... I park in the parking lot, I get out, there's two employees standing in the parking lot talking with each other cussing and just bad mouthing people that work here bad mouthing their jobs and what they had to do by themselves, but cussing and being EXTREMELY loud, not respectful to all the customers coming in and out nor sitting in drive-thru.
