The place smells bad, the staff wear very dirty clothes, and they spend their time playing around in the kitchen instead of attending to customers.
I did an online order. They told me to go curbside pickup. The store wasn't as busy as Stonecrest. I was sitting in my car abd food was already 15 minutes. I walked and young lady at the counter said its only two us. No customer service skills. Not lije that are other stores. The store must do better.
They fry the whole chicken. Even the feathers.
Location was out of toast completely. Ordered a bacon ranch quesadilla w/fries instead. Fries were missing from order and the presentation was poorly executed. Assistant Mgr stated that’s how it was supposed to look (wow). Refund was inaccurate first time and had to request the correct refund again - time was waisted. Slow down to verify order accuracy, retrain crew on service/quality standards, improve overall Management customer service and guest recovery tactics.
