The nastiest Zaxby's in Jackson by far. The chicken was clearly cooked in old grease. It looked normal, but it tasted like cooking oil. The staff was rude and did the bare minimum, if that. There are other locations in the area, just go elsewhere.
The cashier had her back turned from the register cleaning trays when I walked in. Was listening to her headphones and never acknowledged we were standing there. She turned around and looked at us, not speaking one word, then turned back around and kept cleaning the trays. When she finally took our order she had a major attitude and was obvious we were disturbing her and that she didn't want to be there.
