I went to Zaxbys in Avon and I had an absolutely amazing time talking with Jay, the manager as well as Mica the cashier. These gentleman were friendly, great service, all smile fun to talk to very knowledgeable of the food and price and Great customer service. Good job guys!!!!

I moved up to Indiana three years ago. This was one thing I remembered to back home seeing it being open and being able to go back in and have lunch brought back a lot of memories. The food was really freaking good. Time. It took close to about 15 minutes to get my chicken sandwich. However, I was told upfront that it would be about six minute wait and I was fine with that. I've ate at this location several times over the years. The food's always good. My only complaint is the soft drink machine for self-serve. It always dispenses less that good drinks. The last 2 times I've been here I almost couldn't drink it. I should've let someone know but I'm always in a hurry and didn't want to make a scene letting them know the soft drinks weren't any good and barely able to drink them.
