Bought a Cobb salad at drive-through this evening. Came home, opened up the salad and discovered most of the lettuce were browned, wilted, or completely inedible. Called the store, someone answered the phone (female voice) and I told her what had happened. She asked me to bring it back, but I told her I was too far away to make that trip. I asked to speak to the manager, at which time she hung up on me. I tried to call back eight more times, but no one would answer the phone. The service was horrible the staff was rude and had they snatched my food out of my hand then cussed me out horrible service
My family and I walked in to dine in this restaurant, we order our food. As we waited for our food, we noticed that the floors were nasty and very sticky, we could even hear our shoes as we walked. When we got our order, I noticed that the wings weren't fully cooked.
Trellis gave Great customer service... The food came out very fast and the personality and smiles were wonderful. Thank you, Zaxby's
