The service is terrible! It use to be much better. There’s no sense of caring. Please put your best personalities in the window and at the front register and have everyone else in the back.
My last 2 visits at this location ordering the traditional lemon pepper wings n things has seen me receive the same low quality food. Wings were stale and super oily, seemed to have been dipped in oil before serving "yuck". The Ranch dressing was watery and flavorless and the fries were cold and stale as well. I threw most of the food away. I loved Zaxby's until I visited this location. Food is more expensive but the quality has gone way down.
