Forgot my order of fries…. Couldn’t give me a refund… had to go back to the restaurant if I wanted to get my side order THEY FORGOT…. Yeah let me just turn around on the highway while I’m omw to Tennessee… bro.

My husband and I came to eat at 6:50pm on October 26th and this is the second time the evening female manager was screaming at the employees the entire time like they were worthless. I have been a Restaurant General manager for 5 years and I don't care what the situation is would never belittle my employees. From my experience if you work with your crew and respect them they will push themselves harder for you. The lady who took my order through drive through was kind. The food was terrible. I asked for heavy on the tongue torch sauce and instead it’s so dry. The fries were soggy and cold. I used to be a fan but I’ve given this location a chance twice. Both times terrible. Never again.

I just paid $40.56 and ALL my food (lemon pepper wings) were old as hell. The fries were even cold. They even had me wait for fresh food just to give me cold and old food!!!!!

The food was great as usual with some amazing sweet tea. Our traveling lunch pitstop was a good one even with the traffic jam to get into the parking lot. Overall, a great visit with good food, hot and fresh. The only wild thing was a trip to the restroom to discover a code key lock on the doors, wow just a shock!
