They will ask you to park to wait for your food during extremely busy times. This makes the drive through appear not busy at all so you are more likely to order. Then you have a 20 minute wait while they condemn countless others to the same shady business practices.
Gio was absolutely amazing, i had a very large and complicated order and he was extremely patient and extraordinarily kind with me. He provided some of the best customer service i have received, his cuatomer service should be rewarded and recognized! I will be coming back to this location because of him!!!
I paid $18 for my food order and they tried to charge me $1 for a cup of water! I have never had this experience at any Zaxby’s. Chick-fil-A would never! Mediocre food, dirty parking lot & rude service. 0/10
