Great employee's.
ordered 2 meals at about 10:34pm. Its 11:04 and im yet to receive my food. over 30 minutes waiting outside while i watched them take bigger orders to cars that came AFTER us. An hour and 24 minutes later, we got our food. Thats ridiculous, if they cant handle late orders then they need to stop taking them. After 84 minutes we got our chicken sandwich and 3 tenders. The manager in charge should have her shift taken if she doesn't know how to maintain the kitchen and staff. Truly disappointed.

We stopped for lunch today with a group of 34 people (27 teenagers, 1 kid and 6 adults) and our experience was outstanding! Large groups can be challenging, but this team handled everything with efficiency and positive attitudes. We had one large group order and they took it all in stride. Our food came out quickly, orders were accurate, and every employee we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Thank you for providing exceptional service! We showed up with a group of nearly 30 teenagers, And this staff efficiently took our orders and delivered them quickly incorrectly. They were kind, courteous and very attentive to make sure our group had a good experience. I don’t think I have ever been to a Zaxby’s with such excellent service.
