Went through drive and get home to open a box with no barbecue sauce on my wings. Have a funny smell and dry as a bone. Food cost too much these days to get shafted!
I’ve worked in the service industry before, and I’ve never encountered such an incompetent crew. I waited 30 minutes for my order, and when I finally got it, the food was not fresh. It was as if it had been sitting out for a while. The manager urgently needs to replace the current crew with people who know what they’re doing.
Natalie was very sweet, very professional and her customer service skills were impeccable. If shes working I’ll definitely be back! The food was good and hot too, the kitchen deserves a round of applause!
