Food is great and reasonably priced. Employees were nice. The fancy coke fountain machine with all the flavors was out of ever single one of the diet drink options so you had to go to the counter to get anything diet. Not a huge problem. But the bathroom sink drain pipe was leaking on my feet (wearing flip flops) and has no baby changing station, so seems like this particular location needs some maintenance TLC.
The laziest, most selfish Zaxby's employees I've ever seen. My mobile order was ready, but they didn't bother putting it on the shelf. Instead I stood there for several minutes, waited for several people to order, and then finally went up and asked. Nobody bothered to greet me or make eye contact. They were too busy socializing. When I asked, they claimed to be too busy to put orders on the shelf, but they were not busy at all. Why even lie, instead of apologizing?
I saw the post about being slow to receive your food. I don't mind waiting for food that's is fresh and right out of the kitchen.
