Niyah in drive thru is an awesome young lady!! She was very presentable last few times we saw her and we spoke up this time and gave her the compliment. Instead of wanting for herself.. she said leave a comment (for this muti billion dollar company) for her place of employment! I mean who does that!? I'll tell ya after pondering that same question all afternoon, a GREAT employee! Zax, better give this girl a raise! She is well worth it! Good luck young lady, keep up the hard work and positive attitude! Great job.
I normally love Zaxbys. This was the worst experience I have ever had. We waited 16 minutes to get one 5 pc chicken finger meal plate. The wait wasn't the worst part. I honestly thought nothing of it until I received my order. The fries, bread and chicken fingers were lukewarm. The chicken was dried out and overcooked. Overall a good experience eating lunch at Zaxby's. Cobb Salad is recommended.
My family ordered takeout from here 2 days ago. My husband and I ordered the same salads. Upon biting into them, we noticed something was wrong. The cucumbers in the salad were bad. The chopped cucumbers in the salad had a strong acidic or chemical taste. We had never tasted anything like it. Several hours after, my husband and I were sick with gut wrenching cramping and stomach pain. It was clearly food poisoning. We won't be back! 😒
